Vibe VC – Media Factsheet

Vibe VC is a micro venture capital fund focused on the emerging wave of AI-assisted software startups.

Company Overview

We invest in founders who use modern AI coding agents and tools to rapidly build, launch, and validate software products. Our investment philosophy is based on the belief that software development is no longer the primary bottleneck for startup creation. Instead, success increasingly depends on domain expertise, customer access, distribution, execution, and founder resilience.

Vibe VC aims to become one of the earliest institutional investors in promising AI-native startups by providing founder-friendly capital and practical support at the moment when products begin demonstrating real market traction.

Our Thesis

AI-assisted development has dramatically reduced the cost and time required to build software products.

As coding becomes increasingly automated, technical implementation is no longer the main constraint for startup success. Thousands of new products can now be launched by small teams at unprecedented speed.

This shift creates a new investment opportunity:

The winners will not necessarily be the teams with the largest engineering organizations, but the founders who possess unique domain knowledge, customer relationships, distribution advantages, and the ability to identify valuable problems worth solving.

Vibe VC invests at the intersection of AI-enabled product creation and founder-market fit.

How It Works

  1. Founders build and launch a product using modern AI-assisted development tools.
  2. The product gains initial user adoption and early customer validation.
  3. Founders connect their coding agent with the Vibe VC MCP server and let their AI agent apply for funding through Vibe VC - no pitch decks needed.
  4. The agent submits the relevant product, repository, traction, and founder context directly through the MCP application flow.
  5. Vibe VC evaluates market potential, traction, founder capabilities, and product differentiation.
  6. Selected startups receive capital and support to accelerate growth.
